The Three Phases of Delivery

  • Phase 1: Mobilisation | Building the executable plan

    • We align the leadership team around benefits, business cases, and timescales.

    • We establish the governance structure, risk frameworks, and the commercial strategy for your vendors.

    • Essentially, we build the tracks before the train departs.

  • Phase 2: Transfer | The critical handover

    • We transition the daily running of the mechanics to your internal Programme Director or Sponsor.

    • We ensure your team is fully equipped and understands the governance we have built.

  • Phase 3: Strategic Assurance | Independent oversight

    • We step back from daily delivery but remain engaged as a "critical friend" on the Steering Committee.

    • We act as the independent "signal box operator"—spotting blind spots and keeping the programme anchored to the original business case.
