With a career spanning sectors such as Banking & Finance, Payments, Higher Education and Global Maritime, Mark possesses a rare vantage point. He has held the pen as Head of Strategy, creating the vision; he has carried the target as Marketing Director for a £400m organization; and he has borne the accountability as Transformation Director, delivering complex digital change.
This "full-stack" leadership experience means Mark understands the friction points that consultants often miss. He knows that a spreadsheet cannot capture political deadlock, and a project plan cannot fix a burnt-out leadership team.
